Use this page to submit approved changes for your AI assistant (hours, services, service areas, FAQs, transfer numbers, and more). Requests are reviewed and implemented to keep your assistant accurate and stable.

Recommended Request Format

  • Be specific (exact wording if possible)
  • Include effective date/time for schedule changes
  • List any temporary exceptions (holidays, closures)
  • Include old + new values for phone/transfer numbers
